01Value estimates(v1)
Value estimates are automated, based on public records and comparable sales. They are not appraisals, not offers, and not a promise of what any property will sell for.
02Verification checks(v1)
Deedio performs limited checks — assessor owner-name matching, document review, phone confirmation, and government-ID identity confirmation. These checks reduce fraud risk but do not guarantee ownership, authority to sell, or the legitimacy of any claim or offer.
03Not a brokerage(v1)
Deedio is a technology platform, not a real estate brokerage, MLS, attorney, or title company. Nothing here is a listing, legal advice, or a binding agreement. Contracts and closings happen with licensed professionals, off-platform, and Deedio is not a party to them.
04Offers(v1)
Offers made through Deedio are non-binding expressions of interest. No one is committed to anything until both parties sign a purchase agreement prepared by licensed professionals.
